Liability: Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, allergen information and all the other details to ensure their suitability. The customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions and any modifications thereafter.

Payment: 

Payment for the purchased items, including any applicable fees, will be processed using the payment method specified by the customer during placing an order. While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, EMPL shall not be held responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transactions;

• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction or 

• Decline of such transaction for any reason not attributable to the EMPL.

Returns and Exchange:

• Purchases made from our online stores cannot be returned after purchase. However, in case of a defective product, damage in transit or expired product we will be happy to offer a full replacement free of charge upon sufficient proof of purchase and defect being furnished.  The customer will have to send photographs of the damaged/ expired product to us on hypedesk@superyou.in. The quality control team on evaluating the product shall check in case of any defects in the products in terms of its quality and in case any defect is found, the products shall be replaced and a new product shall be sent to the customer. In cases where the products have expired for any reason whatsoever, then in such cases the products shall be replaced by us with immediate effect. 

• In case the customer’s ordered product doesn’t get delivered to the customer, on sufficient proof of purchase being furnished to us on hypedesk@superyou.in, we will be happy to deliver the ordered product again to the customer.

• Customer has to inform us of his/her intention to exchange the damaged or expired condition of the product within a period of seven (7) days of receipt of such product. In case of any return or replacement request made after the said period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product, such request will not be entertained.

• No refund/return of products shall be entertained by us for any third-party claims.

Cancellation and Refunds: The customer cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

• Refund requests will only be considered if the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies or if an unreasonable delay has occurred from our end to deliver the ordered product to the customer. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our Returns & Exchange policy.

• From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer by us, the amount will be refunded within the next seven (7) working days. The amount will be refunded in the customer's mode of payment. All refunds are processed by our banking partners and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account after it has been initiated by our team. For any queries regarding our refund policy, please write to our team at hypedesk@superyou.in.

• No refunds will be given in the following cases: 

1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer. 

2. Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises. 

3. Refusal to accept products.

4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.

5. Force Majeure Event.

6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
